Субстанции растительного происхождения проявляют разнообразную фармакологическую активность в сочетании с относительно низкой токсичностью и частотой проявления побочных эффектов. В связи с этим, перспективным направлением является стандартизации субстанций растительного происхождения в процессе разработки новых растительных препаратов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Качественное и количественное определение индивидуального кумарина в сухом экстракте донника лекарственного.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В качестве объекта исследований использовали субстанцию – сухой экстракт донника лекарственного травы. Определение индивидуального кумарина проводили методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. В результате проведенных исследований на основании сопоставления времен удерживания пробы с временем удерживания стандартного образца кумарина в исследуемом образце сухого экстракта методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии был идентифицирован кумарин. Содержание кумарина в сухом экстракте составило 0,642 ± 0,007 %.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные о качественном и количественном содержании кумарина в сухом экстракте донника лекарственного были использованы в разработке проекта спецификации показателей качества.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Substances of plant origin exhibit a variety of pharmacological activity in combination with a relatively low toxicity and frequency of side effects. In this regard, a promising direction is the standardization of substances of plant origin in the development of new herbal medicinal products.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Qualitative and quantitative determination of individual coumarin in a dry extract of Melilotus оfficinalis L.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A dry extract of the Melilotus officinalis L. was used as an object of research. Determination of individual coumarin was carried out by high-performance liquid chromatography.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. As a result of the research, coumarin was identified by high performance liquid chromatography based on comparison of retention times of the sample with retention times of a standard sample of coumarin in the sample of dry extract under research. The coumarin contents in the dry extract was 0.642 ± 0.007 %.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
