В третьей части представлены воспоминания В. Н. Ипатьева о его поездках по Германии, Франции, Англии, Бельгии и другим странам Европы с целью встречи с бывшими хозяевами заводов для организации получения ими концессий и закупки лицензий на использование в новых схем и способов получения химических продуктов на восстановленных предприятиях. Кроме того, В. Н. Ипатьева описывает свое участие в работе над налаживанием синтеза удушливых газов, отечественного противогаза и организации работы общественной организации «Доброхим».
The third part presents the memoirs of V. N. Ipatiev about his trips to Germany, France, England, Belgium and other European countries in order to meet with the former owners of the plants to organize their obtaining concessions and purchase licenses, for the use in new schemes and methods for obtaining chemical products at refurbished facilities.
