Род Impatiens L. включает около 850 видов, которые встречаются в основном в тропических и субтропических климатических зонах. Коренные народы Пакистана использовали пасты и экстракты I. gildulifera для лечения болей в суставах, беспокойства и кожных аллергий. Цветки I. gronulifera входят в состав цветочных средств Баха, которые используются для успокоения, расслабления и помогают сбалансировать эмоциональное состояние.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Выделение и установление структуры 11 фенольных соединений из надземных частей I. gildulifera и оценка их антиоксидантной активности.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Надземная часть Impatiens glandulifera Royle собрана в Ленинградской области вблизи поселка Орехово в 2021 году. Анализ фракций проводили методом аналитической высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии (ВЭЖХ) на приборе Prominence LC-20 (Shimadzu, Япония), оснащенном диодно-матричным детектором. Выделение индивидуальных соединений осуществлялось методом колоночной хроматографии на открытых стеклянных колонках с сорбентами с различной селективностью, а также методом препаративной ВЭЖХ на приборе Smartlina (Knauer, Германия), оснащенном спектрофотометрическим детектором. Структура выделенных индивидуальных соединений устанавливалась методами 1D- и 2D-ЯМР-спектроскопии (Bruker Avance III 400 MHz, Германия). Для изучения антиоксидантной активности использовали растворы, полученные растворением выделенных веществ в смеси диметилсульфоксида и этанола; водный раствор витамина С и спиртовой раствор тролокса (Sigma-Aldrich, Япония).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. В результате фитохимического анализа наземной части недотроги железистой (Impatiens glandulifera Royle) выделено 11 полифенольных вторичных метаболитов (1-11) и установлена их структура, а также проведена оценка антиоксидантной активности всех выделенных соединений.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Максимальные значения RAP эриодиктиола (3), кемпферола (1) и кверцетина (2) достоверно (р = 0,585) не отличались от таковых у препаратов сравнения: витамина С и тролокса, что указывает на антиоксидантное действие этих трех соединений, сравнимое с действием известных антиоксидантов. Однако полуэффективные концентрации этих веществ в два и более раза ниже (р = 2,56 · 10–4) по сравнению с витамином С.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The genus Impatiens L. includes about 850 species, which are found mainly in tropical and subtropical climate zones. The Indigenous people of Pakistan used pastes and extracts from I. glandulifera for the treatment of joint pain, anxiety and skin allergies [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit6">6</xref>]. Flowers of I. glandulifera are used in Bach flower remedies, which are used for sedation, relaxation and helping to balance emotional states.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Isolation and structural elucidation of 11 phenolic constituents from the aerial parts of I. glandulifera and the evaluation of their antioxidant activity.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The aerial part of Impatiens glandulifera Royle was collected in the Leningrad region near the village of Orekhovo in 2021. Fractions were analyzed by analytical high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using a Prominence LC-20 (Shimadzu, Japan) equipped with a diode array detector. The isolation of individual compounds was carried out by column chromatography on open glass columns with sorbents of different selectivity, as well as by preparative HPLC using a Smartlina (Knauer, Germany) equipped with a spectrophotometric detector. The structure of isolated individual compounds was established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy (Bruker Avance III 400 MHz, Germany). To study the antioxidant activity, we used solutions obtained by dissolving the isolated substances in a mixture of dimethyl sulfoxide and ethanol; an aqueous solution of vitamin C and an alcoholic solution of Trolox (Sigma-Aldrich, Japan).</p></sec><sec><title>Result and discussion</title><p>Result and discussion. Phytochemical analysis of the aerial parts of Impatiens glandulifera Royle. resulted in the isolation of 11 polyphenolic secondary metabolites (1-11) and their structures were elucidated. The antioxidant activity of all isolated compounds was evaluated.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The maximum RAP values of eriodyctiol (3), kaempferol (1), and quercetin (2) did not differ significantly (p = 0.585) from those of the comparator preparations: vitamin C and Trolox, which indicates that the antioxidant effect of these three isolated compounds is comparable to the well-known antioxidants.
