Изучение химического состава лекарственного растительного сырья и сравнительный анализ динамики накопления биологически активных веществ в родственных лекарственных растениях необходимы для создания высокоэффективных и безопасных лекарственных средств. Сходным с официнальным представителем рода Rumex (далее R.) – R. confertus – метаболомом обладают широко распространенные в России виды: шавель курчавый, шавель туполистный, шавель водный, что обуславливает перспективность изучения данных видов. Научный и практический интерес представляет изучение обладающей антибактериальной активностью группы БАВ – дубильных веществ на различных фенологических стадиях развития растения.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Количественное определение дубильных веществ методами перманганатометрии и спектрофотометрии в подземных органах шавеля конского, щ. курчавого, щ. водного, щ. туполистного, заготовленных в различные фазы вегетации: отрастания, цветения и отмирания надземной части.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Анализировались водные извлечения из подземных органов изучаемых видов щавеля. Извлечения и полученные в ходе исследования растворы анализировались с помощью методов перманганатометрии, спектрофотометрии и ВЭЖХ. Соединения из группы дубильных веществ идентифицировали по длине волны максимума поглощения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Проведена оценка количественного содержания дубильных веществ методами перманганатометрии, спектрофотометрии и ВЭЖХ.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В извлечениях из подземных органов щ. конского, щ. курчавого, щ. туполистного, щ. водного были обнаружены и количественно определены дубильные вещества, проанализирована зависимость между их количественным содержанием и фазой вегетации.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Study of the chemical composition of medicinal plant raw materials and comparative analysis of the dynamics of accumulation of biologically active substances in related medicinal plants is necessary for the creation of highly effective and safe drugs. Similar metabolome to the officinal representative of the genus Rumex (hereinafter referred to as R.) – R. confertus – the metabolome of species widely distributed in Russia: R. crispus, R. obtusifolius, R. aquaticus, which determines the perspectivity of studying these species. Scientific and practical interest is represented by the study of the group of biologically active substances possessing antibacterial activity – tannins at different phenological stages of plant development.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Quantitative determination of tannins by permanganatometry and spectrophotometry methods in underground organs of R. confertus, R. crispus, R. obtusifolius, R. aquaticus, harvested in different phases of vegetation: regrowth, flowering and withering periods.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Aqueous extracts from underground organs of the studied Rumex species were analyzed. Extractions and solutions obtained during the study were analyzed by permanganatometry, spectrophotometry and HPLC. The compounds from the group of tannins were identified by the wavelength of absorption maximum.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The quantitative content of tannins was evaluated by permanganatometry, spectrophotometry and HPLC.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
