Комбинированная терапия хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН) является актуальной и важной стратегией лечения, поскольку она позволяет достичь улучшения прогноза, оптимального контроля симптомов заболевания и повышения качества жизни пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Сравнение эффективности производного малоновой кислоты этмабена, ингибитора натрий-глюкозного котранспортера эмпаглифлозина и их комбинаций с вариативностью стартового препарата при экспериментальной постинфарктной хронической сердечной недостаточности у крыс.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. На модели постинфарктной хронической сердечной недостаточности, воспроизведенной перманентным лигированием левой коронарной артерии у крыс, методом эхокардиографического исследования была проведена сравнительная оценка монотерапии этмабеном (60 мг/кг) и эмпаглифлозином (1 мг/кг) с комбинированным режимом применения этих препаратов в течение 1 месяца. Оценка концентрации этмабена в миокарде проведена методом ВЭЖХ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Выявлен антагонизм между этмабеном и эмпаглифлозином, проявляющийся снижением эффекта комбинированной терапии по отношению к любому из компонентов, показано снижение концентрации производного малоновой кислоты в миокарде под действием ингибитора натрий-глюкозного котранспортёра 2-го типа.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. На основании полученных данных спланирован пул дополнительных исследований фармакокинетики и фармакодинамики этмабена.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Combination therapy of chronic heart failure (CHF) is an urgent and important treatment strategy, as it allows to achieve an improvement in the prognosis, optimal control of the symptoms of the disease and an increase in the quality of life of patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Comparison of the effectiveness of the malonic acid derivative ethmaben, the sodium-glucose cotransporter inhibitor empagliflozin and their combinations with the variability of the starting drug in experimental post-infarction chronic heart failure in rats.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In a model of post-infarction chronic heart failure, reproduced by permanent ligation of the left coronary artery in rats, an echocardiographic study was used to compare etmaben and empagliflozin monotherapy with a combined regimen of these drugs. The concentration of etmaben in the myocardium was assessed by HPLC.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Antagonism between etmaben and empagliflozin was revealed, manifested by a decrease in the effect of combination therapy in relation to any of the components, a decrease in the concentration of malonic acid derivative in the myocardium under the action of a type 2 sodium-glucose cotransporter inhibitor was shown.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
