В статье затронуты вопросы строения и свойств полисорбатов. Рассмотрен вопрос применения полисорбатов в производстве лекарственных препаратов. Оценены подходы и методы количественного определения полисорбатов, приведены их достоинства и недостатки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is a review of publications on the quantitative determination of polysorbates in pharmaceuticals. The author touches upon the structure and properties of polysorbates. The question of the use of polysorbates in the production of drugs is considered.
