Приведены преимущества и недостатки введения лекарственного вещества через лёгкие, обозначены основные этапы фармацевтической разработки, включая выбор технологии получения микронизированной субстанции и агломератов активного компонента и вспомогательных веществ, обеспечивающих однородность дозирования ЛС и необходимое количество респирабельной фракции, подбор устройства доставки ингаляционного порошка, отмечена необходимость и важность исследования биофармацевтических и технологических характеристик ингаляционной лекарственной формы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article provides an overview of the prospects for the development of dry powder inhalers. The advantages and disadvantages of introduction drugs through the lungs are presented in this article.
