Разработана пробоподготовка для ВЭЖХ-метода количественного определения глицирризиновой кислоты в образцах отечественного производства. Экспериментально установлена малая селективность УФ-спектрофотометрии при определении глицирризиновой кислоты и показана перспективность метода ВЭЖХ для стандартизации сырья солодки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Comparative evaluation of glycyrrhizic acid content in licorice roots by methods of UV-spectrophotometry (GF RF XIII) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was carried out. Sample preparation for HPLC method of quantitative determination of glycyrrhizic acid in samples of domestic production is developed.
