Твердые дисперсии вводятся в различные лекарственные формы с различными целями. Приводятся данные о применении дисперсий для оптимизации различных биофармацевтических свойств. Раскрываются различные аспекты получения, исследования и перспективы применения в медицине лекарственных препаратов на основе твердых дисперсий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article provides a brief overview of the use of solid dispersions of NSAIDs with polymeric carriers. Solid dispersions are entered in various dosage forms for different purposes. The data are provided on the use of different dispersions to optimize biopharmaceutical properties.
