Перспективными источниками получения лекарственных препаратов противовоспалительного действия, представляющими интерес для практической медицины, являются субстанции растительного происхождения. Эвкалимин, выделенный из листьев или побегов эвкалипта прутовидного (Eucalyptus viminalis Labil) семейства миртовые (Myrtaceae). Субстанция представляет собой очищенную сумму терпеноидных фенолоальдегидов флороглюцинового ряда (эуглобалей) и тритерпеноидов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Создание карандашей лекарственных с эвкалимином для профилактики и лечения воспалительных заболеваний кожи.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Объект исследования эвкалимин. Проведено изучение формы и размера частиц экалимина и его распределение в различных дисперсионных средах: цетиловый спирт, стеариловый спирт, воск эмульсионный, масло касторовое, масло персиковое, вазелин медицинский.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. В статье представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований обоснования выбора вспомогательных веществ для карандашей лекарственных и их стандартизация.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Разработан состав и технология карандашей лекарственных с эвкалимином для наружного применения, установлены показатели качества.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Promising sources of preparation of antiinflammatory drugs of interest for practical medicine are substances of plant origin. One of them is eucalimine, isolated from leaves or shoots of eucalyptus prutoid (Eucalyptus viminalis Labil) of the myrtle family (Myrtaceae), is a purified sum of terpenoid phenoloaldehydes of the floroglucine series (euglobals) and triterpenoids.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The purpose of the present work is to create drug pencils with eucalimine for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory skin diseases.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The object of research is eucalymin. The study of the shape and size of ekalimine particles and its distribution in various dispersion media: cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, emulsion wax, castor oil, peach oil, medical petroleum jelly was carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The paper presents the results of experimental studies justifying the selection of adjuvants for medical pencils and their standardization.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
