Современные фармакогностические исследования направлены на поиск растительных биологически активных индивидуальных соединений (далее – РБАИС), выделяемых из растительных экстрактов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Валидация методики ВЭЖХ-УФ количественного определения сапогенина диосгенина в растительных экстрактах из семян пажитника сенного.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Объектом изучения являлось сырьё – семена пажитника сенного, производимых в качестве лекарственного растительного сырья, ООО «Шалфей» (г. Иркутск). Валидация методики была проведена по параметрам: специфичность, линейность, правильность, прецизионность в соответствии с требованиями ГФ XIV. Для анализа использовалась одна серия лекарственного растительного сырья: номер серии – 010117, дата выпуска – 15 февраля 2017 г.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Определены валидационные характеристики и экспериментально подтверждено их соответствие необходимым критериям приемлемости.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Установлено, что разработанная методика идентификации и количественного определения диосгенина в экстрактах семян пажитника сенного методом ВЭЖХ-УФ является правильной, прецизионной, специфичной и линейной в аналитической области.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Modern pharmacognostic research is aimed at searching for plant biologically active individual compounds (hereinafter referred to as RBAIS) isolated from plant extracts.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Validation of HPLC-UV quantitative determination of sapogenin diosgenin in plant extracts from fenugreek seeds.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The object of study was raw materials-fenugreek seeds produced as medicinal plant raw materials by LLC «Sage» (Irkutsk). Validation of the method was carried out according to the parameters: specificity, linearity, correctness, precision in accordance with the requirements of SP XIV. One series of medicinal plant raw materials was used for the analysis, such as serial number – 010117, release date – 15 february 2017.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Validation characteristics were determined and their compliance with the necessary acceptance criteria was experimentally confirmed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
