В статье представлены результаты исследования физико-химических свойств сухого экстракта листьев оливы, стандартизованного по гидрокситирозолу, - биологически активному веществу, входящему в химический состав надземных частей оливкового дерева.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Разработать составы для изготовления таблеток с сухим экстрактом листьев оливы и провести стандартизацию методом ОФ-ВЭЖХ по содержанию гидрокситирозола.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Субстанция сухого экстракта листьев оливы, микрокристаллическая целлюлоза (Avicel® PH-112), Аэросил® (Aeroperl® 300 Pharma), Лудипресс® (Ludipress®), лактоза, крахмал картофельный, натриевая соль карбоксиметилированного крахмала, магния стеарат, прямое прессование, ВЭЖХ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Проведены исследования физико-химических свойств сухого экстракта листьев оливы. Выбраны вспомогательные вещества для опытных образцов. Разработаны составы для дальнейшего таблетирования. Проведен комплекс исследований полученных таблеток согласно ГФ XIV на соответствие показателей качества.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Проведен обзор научных данных о биологических свойствах сухого экстракта листьев оливы, свидетельствующий о перспективе разработки лекарственных препаратов на его основе. Разработаны составы таблеток с сухим экстрактом листьев оливы и исследованы их показатели качества.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The article presents the results of a study of the physicochemical properties of dry extract of olive leaves, standardized by hydroxythyrozol - a biologically active substance that is part of the chemical composition of aerial parts of the olive tree.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The purpose of the study is to develop tablet Formulations containing dry extract of olive leaves and to standardize by hydroxythyrozol by reversed-phase-HPLC method on the main substancecontent.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Substance of dry extract of olive leaves, microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel® PH-112), Aerosil® (Aeroperl® 300 Pharma), Ludipress® (Ludipress®), lactose, potato starch, sodium salt of carboxymethyl starch, magnesium stearate, direct pressing, HPLC.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Studies of the physicochemical properties of dry extract of olive leaves have been carried out. Selected excipients for the study of tablettable masses. Formulations for further tabletting have been developed. A complex of studies of the obtained tablets was carried out according to Russian Pharmacopoeia XIV for compliance with quality indicators.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The biological properties of dry extract of olive leaves are have been studied, indicating the prospect of developing drugs based on it.
