РЕКОМБИНАНТНЫЕ АНТИГЕНЫ ВАКЦИН ДЛЯ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ВИРУСА ПАПИЛЛОМЫ (ОБЗОР)

Аннотация

Профилактика заболеваний, ассоциированных с вирусом папилломы человека, на сегодняшний день осуществляется двумя лицензированными вакцинами - «Гардасил» и «Церварикс», содержащими в качестве антигена вирусоподобные частицы на основе главного капсидного белка L1. Свойства L1 не позволяют обеспечить защиту от всех патогенных штаммов ВПЧ, демонстрируют низкую эффективность при вакцинации пациентов среднего и пожилого возрастов и не являются терапевтически эффективными. Следующее поколение вакцин, содержащих консервативные эпитопы минорного белка L2, а также онкобелки Е6 и Е7, обещают предоставить широкую защиту от всех ВПЧ, препятствуя как возникновению, так и распространению кожных новообразований.
