STUDY OF THE WAYS OF MESENCHIMAL STEM CELLS MIGRATION IN ANIMALS WITH EXPERIMENTAL RADIATION SKIN BURNS

Abstract

Rabbits' model of local radiation burn has been imaged clearly in 48 h past injection of 111In-labeled mesenchimal stem cells using three methods of injection (intravenously, locally, intracardially). SPECT Imaging of rabbits with model of skin radiation burn has confirmed possibility to use 111In-labeled mesenchimal stem cells for imaging and studying of its migration and accumulation in pathologic foci.
